Who We Are?
AlNayzak is an independent educational and scientific organization founded in Jerusalem in 2003. It is a non-profit, non-partisan organization specializing in education, mentoring and research in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), and other educational and applied sciences and Vocational and Technical Training (TVET).

To transform education systems by introducing innovative pedagogies, nurturing curiosity, and equipping future generations with the skills to solve real-world challenges.
AlNayzak transforms education systems
Through its innovative approach, Al Nayzak transforms education by shifting mindsets, perspectives, and skills. It integrates the latest pedagogical practices into curricula, instruction, and training, driving meaningful and lasting change. Recognizing that transformation is gradual, Al Nayzak applies the principles of the scientific method to foster sustainable impact in education locally and globally.
Science & Society
Science and Society is one of Al Nayzak’s three organizational pillars. Under this pillar Al Nayzak provides informal educational opportunities for the public to engage with science, in an attempt to better understand how scientific knowledge is fundamental to solving real world problems. The programs under this pillar provide informal educational opportunities for students, teachers and parents to engage with science.
Innovation In Education
Innovation in Education: Al Nayzak provides innovative educational interventions that target teachers and students (of different age groups). From innovative educational pedagogies, to innovative spaces like Fab Labs, Al Nayzak aims to transform education by building teacher capacities and providing students opportunities to experience the latest approaches to learning.
Innovative Economy
The world is standing on the brink of a technological revolution that will necessarily change the way we live, work and relate to one another. It will be characterized by a fusion of a technologies that is concealing the lines between the digital, physical, and biological systems. AlNayzak is continuously investing to bring new worldwide technologies, localize, customize and connect them with endogenous initiatives.

Pal-Swiss Tech Hub is an initiative by AlNayzak in partnership with the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). We connect skilled Palestinian developers, QA engineers, and DevOps specialists with European companies—removing barriers of contracting, payroll, and compliance.
